The service manager, Bill, and the technician, Kevin, are both absolutely incredible!! We have been bringing our car to them for years! Every time there is a problem Bill makes sure it gets fixed and finds us the most affordable option.
Most recently we had a problem & had to get our engine replaced. Bill worked tirelessly, calling our warranty company and setting up all the financials & what not, to get that engine in as quickly as possible & with the least financial burden on us. I was without my car for about 5 weeks and he gave me a loaner car for the entire duration as well! Plus, Kevin did a great job getting that engine in quickly & giving us full confidence in our car again.
Both of these men did an awesome job throughout the whole process! They were kind, courteous, and helpful. We are very grateful to have a shop we can trust!
The staff was extremely professional and very welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed while there. Be prepared to look at every truck there as it’s almost impossible to make a decision due to the amount of inventory and custom trucks to pick from. They were very patient and showed me any truck I wanted to see. After deciding which one I was getting they detailed the truck and filled it with gas for me. You also get a gift bag which is pretty cool too. I highly recommend Krietz if you are looking for a well built custom truck in excellent condition!

I took my new Ram 1500 to krietz to get a lift installed. Everyone I worked with was more than professional and the customer service was second to none. The quality of the work performed on the truck was outstanding and I am very happy with the end results. I will absolutely leverage them again for any other vehicle I want to lift and I will also use them for routine maintenance on the truck moving forward.

My experience with Krietz Auto was excellent from start to finish. Marlon, my salesman was very professional and answered all my questions. No pressure and very respectful all around. Wes was also very helpful and was able to help finalize the deal. He even kept in touch with me during the delivery process on his day off. I very much appreciated that. Lastly, the delivery process was excellent. Charlie drove my truck over 300 miles to me to deliver and take my trade in back. He was on time and very cordial. He took his time to go over all the paperwork with me upon arrival.
